Charlie Parker, Director of Player Development
Charlie went on to play 2 seasons in the NBA G-League with the Los Angeles D-Fenders (now known as the South Bay Lakers) and then played 2 seasons professionally in Europe.
Charlie served as an Assistant Coach at Millersville University from 2013-2015. In 2014 Charlie started a basketball skills development program, Crunchtime Hoops LLC. Through his Crunchtime Hoops training, Charlie has made a significant impact on players in the Central PA area by working closely with multiple players that have played on PIAA District 3 championship teams as well as many players that have won State Titles. Charlie has trained players that have earned NCAA scholarships at Division 1, 2, and 3 and has also worked with players that play professionally. At the professional level, Charlie has also served as a Head Coach of pro men’s players in The Basketball Tournament (TBT) since 2018 each summer with games airing on ESPN and FS1.
Charlie has been a travel club director and head coach for 5 years and has built successful travel teams that have competed on the Hoop Group Girls and the Select 40 travel circuits. During the 2023 club season, Charlie’s class of 2026 team made it to the S40 championship game.

Coach Kev is a staple within the community, coaching young athletes at New Hope, Dover, and Northeastern High Schools prior to making the move to his current roll: Program Director/Head Coach of Lady Raiders Girl’s Basketball AAU Program (2014) as well as Head Varsity Girl’s Basketball Coach William Penn Senior High (2018). Since 2017, Coach Kev has helped the Lady Raiders AAU program send 70 plus female student athletes to the collegiate level to further their Academic and Athletic futures.
Coach Kev’s passion for the game and his dedication to helping young student athletes develop their playing skills, as well as their character on and off of the court, is unmatched.

His commitment to the sport is reflected with his intense focus on enhancing the players foundational skills. His high intensity practices foster an environment that creates consistent competition. By maintaining high standards and expectations, he is positioning the athletes for long term success.
