Train & Play League

September 7, 14, 21, 28  |  October 5

The Central PA Bruins Instructional 3×3 Train & Play League is 5 sessions, each featuring 45 minutes of skill development followed by 45 minutes of 3-on-3 gameplay. Girls in grades 4 through 8 will be introduced to key skills that will transfer into the 3-on-3 games.

Players should bring a ball and water
